For a strong adept of the SCRUM process, interdisciplinary team are the key to success. Dedicated product owner and SCRUM Master support the team and its composition should be adapted to the product. Some products have an large GUI were design and interaction require a lot of time. Some projects may need mathematical proof delivered by a mathematician. The SCRUM Master will ensure to solve any impediments that a required for successful product which includes gathering resources. For the software part a senior developer must take the decisions and create the proof of concepts for tasks and features. It is recommended to let the team discuss and agree on the best practice but it is also good advice to have a team member with responsibility for the call.
